Warranty Policy – New Installations
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All new plumbing installations performed by our company are covered by a 90-day labor warranty from the date of installation.
What Is Covered

Defects related to our installation workmanship

Labor required to correct installation-related issues discovered within 90 days

Adjustments or repairs directly caused by improper installation
What Is Not Covered

Materials, fixtures, parts, appliances, or manufacturer defects

Any products covered under a separate manufacturer warranty

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or improper use

Clogs or backups caused by flushing paper towels, hygiene products, wipes, grease, feminine products, diapers, or other foreign objects

Damage caused by freezing, corrosion, hard water, shifting foundations, or other external factors

Repeated or recurring problems, including issues caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions or conditions outside the scope of the original work

Any unrelated plumbing issues that arise after the original installation

Repairs or modifications performed by others after our installation
**Warranty service must be requested within 90 days of the original installation date. This warranty is limited to the original installation location and is non-transferable.**
Warranty Policy – Service
Service repairs are covered by a 30-day labor warranty. This warranty covers defects related to our workmanship only and does not cover materials, recurring issues, misuse, abuse, clogs caused by improper items being flushed, or pre-existing plumbing conditions.

All Sales Final
All plumbing services described in the approved estimate or work order have been completed in a professional manner and in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and applicable state's plumbing codes. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be billed separately.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Contractor is not responsible for modification, cutting, removal, or repair of existing installations, including but not limited to cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, walls, tables, built-ins, or structural components, unless specifically stated in writing.
Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions including deteriorated piping, code violations, mold, or structural damage discovered during or after service.
All services, materials, and special-order items are final sale. No returns or refunds will be issued once installation or service has been performed.
Limitation of Liability
Contractor’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
